Investing

The minimum investment is the price of one share and fees.
A Share represents; the right to use 2 nights a month 1 room/house or rent it.16 shares represents the right to use permanently 1 room/house or rent it.
The fees cover the cost of the purchase.


The Process

Once the minimum investment is done, my money is managed, invested in treasure bonds and gold, as a safe way to generate return until the term is done. This return belongs to me at the end of the term.
Once the term is done, the purchase is processed, and I legally co-own the property.
In the case the term is done, and the amount of shares don’t cover the 100% of the house, the minimum investment is returned along with the return generated, it belongs to me.
